Being custom objects, the right of withdrawal cannot be applied to goods purchased on CutClaws (in compliance with art. 5 paragraph 3 letter c) of Legislative Decree 185 of 22/05/99.

With the exception of this rule, however, CutClaws offers a 10 working day guarantee to designers, applicable if:

• you receive a product different from the one you ordered

• you receive a product in a material or dimensions different from those chosen during the order

Among the various materials you can decide whether to perform the following services: CUT, AREA ENGRAVING is LINEAR ENGRAVING.

Furthermore, for the woods you can decide in the configurator whether to insert the PROTECTION (anti-burn), which will allow you to get a "clean" object.
